In June 2009, two business partners realized that if homeowners and businesses experience a loss resulting from fire, theft or natural disaster, they would have great difficulty recalling the numerous items in their homes or businesses.

Realizing the importance of documenting home and business owner possessions, Magnolia Business and Home Inventory Services, LLC was formed which provides comprehensive home, business, estate, rental, church, and software asset management and documentation services to the local community.

The owners of Magnolia Inventory agree with insurance agents and financial planners who recommend that all home and business owners maintain comprehensive inventory documentation to maximize and simplify insurance claims.
